Employee Ownership
In 1997, staff and directors at Wordflow took the opportunity to buy out of the business under an employee owned business model, making us one of the first employee owned office products suppliers in the UK.
For us, employee ownership meant a commitment and shared responsibility to ensuring the business success in the present and future. Our structure means that every employee in the business has an opportunity to contribute to and ultimately benefit from our success.
